  Farhan Syed Please rule out infection. On initial presentation I would have been tempted to treat it non operatively. But following the initial fixation all the fracture haematoma with osteogenic potential is lost.
  At this stage, once infection is ruled out it will be for removal of implant, freshening of fracture ends, bone graft and fixation with lcp, with initial 3 being cortical screws applied in compression mode.
